What to Expect with
Harbor City Pro Wash LLC
From start to finish, Erick will work with you to design a professional pro wash plan that transforms the appearance of your home and enhances its longevity.
Step 1: Book your pro wash service or building exterior consult via our scheduling app! If preferred, you may also email, text, or leave Erick a voicemail!
Step 2: Erick will reach out to you to discuss the estimated cost for your pro wash services. Within two business days prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder via your preferred contact method.
Step 3: Appointment Day Communication and Work Area Assessment: Erick will send you a text or call to let you know that he is on his way! Upon arrival he will perform a walk-through assessment of the work area and confirm accessibility and that your outside water faucet is in working condition. He will take before/after digital photos of the Work Area.
Note: Photos will not be publicly shared without your permission.
Step 4: Erick will provide you with required documentation to sign and approve the work to be performed.
Step 5: Set up: The Work Area will be set up with applicable equipment, not excluding:
Truck and/or Pro Wash Trailer
Hoses, Ladders, Power Wash Equipment
Vegetation Protection Fabric, Run-off Deflectors, Run-off Collection Container
Photography Equipment: Tripod, Drone, Media Cable
Cones/Caution Tape and other Safety Equipment

Step 6: Erick will perform the requested pro wash work.
Step 7: Customer Walk-through: Erick will walk you through the work area and confirm acceptance of the work completed.
Step 8: Payment: Harbor City Pro Wash LLC accepts payments via Cash, Personal Check, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Zelle.
